We’ve been involved in the hard-copy sector for more than ten years and are well acquainted with the patent cases for new and recycled ink and toner cartridges, which is why we work exclusively with suppliers who meet our stringent quality standards and patent legal requirements. In addition, our purchasing department evaluates the goods for legal compliance a second time based on guidelines developed in-house, meaning you as a dealer can count on the security of our products. But if there are any patent issues, we as HQ-Patronen GmbH will assume responsibility.
At our logistics centre measuring over 4,000 m2, we stock toners and inks for around 95% of all standard printer models, which allows us to offer you as a dealer a comprehensive selection of original products as well as compatible and recycled ink and toner cartridges, available for immediate delivery. All orders received by 3.30 p.m. are dispatched on the same day by our business partner DHL. Thanks to our extensive network specialising in alternative products, we can offer compatible or recycled items for new printer models within just a few weeks.
What use is a great price if the printer doesn’t work? All HQ toners and inks must meet certain minimum quality standards to make it into our range of products. For example, if an item has been recycled many times, the quality can suffer significantly, which is why we consider both the price and, more importantly, value for money when making a purchase. And we’d like to pass that on to you as a dealer!
You as a dealer are our business partner. Just as you help us to grow, we help you to grow, which is why we offer you a range of services which increase efficiency. You can say goodbye to long order forms, as orders are placed directly online in our shop. You also have the option to integrate our online shop into your own via API. From there, your customers’ orders will go directly to our system, which will then automatically process the entire order, saving you lots of time and money. We can also take product storage off your hands, should you choose to opt for our drop-shipping service, which means we dispatch the items directly to your customers in your name as they’re ordered. And it goes without saying that our customer service team is available to answer any questions you may have.
As regards alternative products, we always opt for rebuilt goods if the difference in price to the compatible product in question is only slight or if our manufacturers cannot supply us with patent-secure new items. This is how we ensure our guiding principle, ‘High quality at a fair price’. In fact, we currently offer more recycled products than compatible ones, with more than 50,000 recycled ink and toner cartridges sold each month. Extensive warehouse automation, automatic order processing and an experienced team of logistics experts ensure high productivity and seamless processes. Depending on your requirements, we can drop-ship your order or dispatch it as individual parcels, according to item or as a batch of mixed goods. Due to the high volume of shipments, our dispatch service provider DHL picks up the parcels directly from our logistics centre.
